At Biryanilogy, we are committed to maintaining transparency and professionalism in all our business dealings. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

Any amount paid towards a Biryanilogy franchise application, booking, franchise fee, or related services is governed by the terms agreed upon between Biryanilogy and the applicant.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by both parties, all payments made towards franchise bookings, franchise fees, and related charges are non-refundable.

For food orders placed through our outlets or delivery partners, refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect item delivered
• Missing items in the order
• Food quality issues reported immediately upon delivery
• Order cancelled by Biryanilogy

Any refund request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with relevant details and supporting evidence, if applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to the policies of the respective payment provider or bank.

Franchise applications and bookings are subject to the terms mentioned in the respective Franchise Agreement or Booking Form.

Food order cancellations are governed by the cancellation policies of the platform through which the order was placed.
